It is also important for you to tell the story of your crisis to your audience and include necessary information, rather than allowing reporters to tell your story and potentially speculate. Should your CEO, public relations professional, or spokesperson be more focused on expressing those emotions, or should they be more focused on delivering the news, the facts, and the details of your crisis?
