MIC of Colorado 2019: We Have a Situation
It is great to be in Denver to speak to the Meetings Industry Council of Colorado. Like all other businesses, the meetings industry is finding it is vulnerable to having a serious crisis at a conference, convention, or event. For the sake of discussion, we will define a crisis as any situation that escalates to the point at which it can damage an organization’s reputation and revenue.
