Hi Gerard! Great info. I’m a social media trainer too, and I still cannot believe the number of organizations that put social media and IT. handcuffs on their communicators because they don’t take the time to understand how this is not just a “thing”…it is a major, normal part of the way people communicate (and organizations should!). And most of them are oblivious to the next big thing in social media that is here now: livestreaming from your smartphone/tablet on Periscope, the fastest-growing social media app (zero to 20-million users is 6 months) and how it can benefit them!
